"Revolutionary Mothering" - A Panel Discussion

Come to the Hayti Heritage Center for an intimate, thought-provoking panel discussion on Revolutionary Mothering (the title is taken from Alexis Pauline Gumbs' brilliant book, Revolutionary Mothering: Love on the Front Lines).

Featuring A Mother Apart director, Laurie Townshend; poet, Staceyann Chin; and founder of Black Girls Guide to Surviving Menopause, Omisade Burney-Scott. Moderated by Alexis Pauline Gumbs.

Presented by Hayti Heritage Center and Ascension Productions. Co-Sponsored by A Black Center (for Documentary Arts), Black Feminist Film School, Black Girls Guide to Surviving Menopause, and Women Make Movies.
