"Release and Ground" yoga with Jordan

“Release and Ground” is an opportunity to nurture yourself on a deep level and honor your body's need for rest and renewal. As you surrender to the practice, you may experience a profound sense of release, both physically and emotionally. We’ll begin with gentle hip-opening poses to warm up the body, then transition into grounding poses to help you cultivate a sense of stability and rootedness. This balance promotes the release of tension while inviting a sense of ease and spaciousness into your body. Upon leaving class, you will feel anchored in the present moment and will have the skills you need to integrate the benefits of your practice into other areas of your daily life.

• Please arrive on time and bring the following items: your yoga mat, water bottle, any yoga props that you feel that you want/ need.

• Due to hours of operation, please drive to the back of the building to park, and enter through the door marked with a letter “F”.

**Note: Ticket sales will end two hours before the beginning of class, and if there have been no sign ups, class will be canceled and the instructor will not be at the class location**
