"RELAX INTO AWARENESS" Spiritual Growth Seminar

Awakening begins not with effort, but with letting go. In this seminar, you’ll explore how true awareness naturally reveals itself when we stop trying to control our inner experience and allow ourselves to fully relax into the present moment. Through guided exploration, reflection, and direct experience, you’ll learn how to rest in awareness rather than search for it—discovering a deep sense of peace, clarity, and connection that has always been within you.

Facilitators: Aden Sletta and Swami Sky work lovingly, gently, safely, and effectively to lead participants in Swami Premodaya’s original methods and practices of spiritual understanding.
