"Realigned" Sound Bath & Yoga Class

Join Nina Collier, Sound Practioner and Donna Marlow, Yoga Instructor for a relaxing journey designed to explore the body’s internal energetic system through the combination of yoga, meditation, and a soothing sound bath of gongs and crystal alchemy bowls.
