Join me for a one hour morning Vinyasa in the park. This Vinyasa style yoga flow will be centered on embracing authenticity and loving kindness. This special edition class will allow you space to explore, embrace who you are, and share space with others in the LGBTQIA+ community, allies welcome as well! ***DONATION-BASED*** (pay what you can at the event!) PLEASE BRING A MAT AND WATER BOTTLE (let's stay hydrated!)
If you need to borrow a mat during the event, I'll have a few to offer for this time together!
