Bolton le Sands Floral & Horticultural Society presents "Our Future Coast" - a talk by Ellie Brown.
The Our Future Coast project is working with communities at multiple sites in Morecambe Bay to understand issues from a community perspective and work with them to shape solutions.
Learning how to make natural coastal habitats, such as sand dunes and saltmarshes, effective at protecting the coast.
Testing new and innovative approaches including monitoring and practical resilience actions.
Sharing lessons learned to inform future coastal management approaches.
Come along and hear about this innovating & exciting project from Our Future Coast Programme Manager Ellie Brown.
To be held on Thursday 13th November at 7.30pm - 9.00pm
in the Old Boys' School, St Michaels Lane, Bolton le Sands, LA5 8DP.
