"Nourish By Breath:" Self Care Sunday Anxiety Series

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! So, for my next series of “Nourish By Breath” (Nervous System Care Breathwork Classes), I have decided to focus this theming kickstarting off in May on “Anxiety.”
This series will focus on techniques and tools specifically relating to nervous system relaxation, getting the mind/body out of fight or flight nervous system activation, anxiety, panic attacks, and so forth. Like other breathwork classes, these are unique in that they are small and intimate and limited to 4 people. Come as you are! And leave feeling more balanced, grounded and relaxed, while expanding your nervous system’s window of tolerance.
Also different for this series, typically I require notice at least by the day prior to class for registration, as it involves work for me to tear down my treatment room and orient it for group classes. Given that anxiety often includes decision fatigue and the inability to make plans far in advance, I have decided to change protocol for this particular series to accommodate those that these struggles may resonate with. I have decided to set the classroom up whether or not people have decided to come in the days or weeks prior to class sessions. You can still register in advance, but for this series I will be there waiting, regardless of if the class is running ahead of time or not. This will provide you the option to wait and see if you feel up to it even on the morning of class sessions. As long as you contact me even 30-60 minutes prior to class before you head out, to make sure its not sold out and there is still space for you, come on in for a class with last minute decision making!
Your mind, body, and nervous system are worthy of a “Self Care SUNday” time out to slow down and nourish. Reach out for questions or if you want to book in advance.
