About this Event
REST your mind in this deeply calming and meditative experience. Come into the studio, find your cozy spot, lay down in silence (no talking) and then bask in a skillfully woven sound bath...Afterwards, come sit at the tea table (in silence) and integrate the sound's effects as you mindfully ground back in as I make you a tea with loving intention and ceremony. This is perfect if you want a social experience but don't want lots of interaction with people...an oxymoron, i know! In retreats around the world, "Noble Silence" is often observed in a group setting where there is no talking and very often no eye contact either. It's to drive your focus inward and not feel bound with social "niceties." It's a lovely practice! For those that want to talk with me after people have left...just hang around and we can chat :)
