"Much Ado About IMPROV"! Queer Improv WORKSHOP with FISTS OF IMPROV

Schedule

Tue Jul 30 2024 at 07:00 pm to 09:00 pm

Location

470 Castro St, San Francisco, CA, United States, California 94114 | San Francisco, CA

We are so excited for this queer improv workshop from "The Firsts of Improv!"
The Fists of Improv will teach improv theater basics, followed by a kinky improv show! This Workshop will focus you how to let the sensations from within and around your body compel you to create authentic stories. Upon learning the secrets of mindful improvisational theater, sit back and enjoy a performance from the Fists of Improv troupe encompassing sex-positive and consent-minded games. Fetish-fueled improv scenes inspired by your suggestions!
Formed in April 2023, The Fists of Improv is a BIPOC-forward LGBTQ+ improv troupe based in the Bay Area. Our mission is to create electrifying and unapologetically provocative theater; exploring the spectrum of sensuality through the art of improvisation. With immersive storytelling, absurd sexuality, and mindful creativity, we aim to transcend boundaries, ignite passions, celebrate kink, and cultivate intimate connectedness to the present moment.
Accessibility: There are no stairs to enter the lobby level at Strut from the street level. The building has three floors, and there is a stairwell with handrails and a wheelchair-accessible elevator. There are 26 steps from the lobby to the 2nd floor and 48 steps from the lobby to the 3rd floor.
