Two acclaimed DC chefs are facing off in a battle of giant meat sticks: On June 9, The Village at Shirlington will be home to an epic fried faceoff as Victor Albisu and Scott Drewno go eggroll-to-eggroll in the "Meat In The Street" challenge. ChiKo and Taco Bamba's Shirlington locations are coming together to make their respective oversized fried meat sticks and a signature cocktail available for a single price, right across the street from each other.

ChiKo 

Giant Egg Roll (Hainanese chicken, aromatic rice, aji amarillo aioli)

Spicy Mango Smash (gochugaro infused soju, mango juice, bubbles)

Taco Bamba

The Jeffrey (carne asada, al pastor, chorizo, chihuahua cheese, peppers, onion, serrano salsa verde, bit of this, bit of that)

Margarita Bambera (tequila, orange-scented agave, lime juice)

Guests can begin at either location, where the first eggroll and cocktail pairing will be served along with a voucher redeemable just across the street for the second round.
