"Let's talk about the Pelvic Floor"
Sat Feb 04 2023 at 01:00 pm to 02:30 pm
Grand Street Healing Project | Brooklyn, NY
About this Event
Join Rachel Nicks for a pelvic floor 101 workshop as she breaks down the anatomy and functionality of the pelvic floor. You will be equipped with exercises and an understanding of the importance and role of your pelvic floor in the various chapters of your life from pregnancy, birth, postpartum, workouts, your daily commute, and beyond.
Rachel simply states, if your vagina isn’t working right, nothing else can. Her approach to wellness is inside out. Why not start with the pelvic floor?
Let’s gather, take notes, heal, strengthen, and leave empowered and dry (wink)
Rachel was born and raised in Oakland, CA. Rachel is a mother of two beautiful sons and resides in NYC. She is an actor and graduate of The Juilliard School. She is a founding lululemon studio instructor and ambassador, doula, and lactation counselor.
