About this Event

Join Rachel Nicks for a pelvic floor 101 workshop as she breaks down the anatomy and functionality of the pelvic floor. You will be equipped with exercises and an understanding of the importance and role of your pelvic floor in the various chapters of your life from pregnancy, birth, postpartum, workouts, your daily commute, and beyond.

Rachel simply states, if your vagina isn’t working right, nothing else can. Her approach to wellness is inside out. Why not start with the pelvic floor?

Let’s gather, take notes, heal, strengthen, and leave empowered and dry (wink)
