2-hour workshop supporting kiddos to become their own guru.
This small-group workshop will support your child to:
- Learn age-appropriate meditation techniques
- Understand their intuition and inner voice
- Focus more on the present moment
- Use imagination and creativity to build their own home practice.
Children attend independently to focus on empowerment, a proactive approach to their own practice, and increasing their self-trust.
All with the guidance of Registered Children's Meditation Teacher, Kylie Collins.

~ If your child cannot attend independently, the workshop is not suitable.
