Our last concert explored the music of the sea… now the Sequim City Band takes to the skies! Join us as our Concerts at the James Summer Series continues, celebrating our 35th season performing in Sequim.📅 Saturday, June 7th at 3pm

Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, settle in under the summer sky, and enjoy an afternoon of live music with the Sequim City Band on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula.
This uplifting program is filled with soaring melodies, adventure, and familiar favorites. Travel beyond the clouds with Amy Webb’s Beyond!, experience the excitement of flight and heroism through John Williams favorites in Soaring with John Williams, including themes from Superman and Star Wars, and enjoy the timeless charm of Sinatra classics like Come Fly With Me and Fly Me to the Moon.
We’ll also take a musical climb through the Austrian hills with selections from The Sound of Music, celebrate international spirit with the spirited March of the Belgium Paratroopers, and drift high above the landscape on a musical hot air balloon journey with Robert Sheldon’s Northwest Rising.
It’s the perfect way to welcome the season with great music, great community, and a beautiful summer afternoon outdoors.
