"Late Summer, Early Music" Early Music Missouri’s Annual Fundraiser Party

Please join Early Music Missouri for a celebration of our new season.
On Saturday, September 12, Early Music Missouri's Board of Directors will host a pre-season celebration for our patrons and friends. The gathering will feature hors d'oeuvres, drinks, dessert, and music on a late summer evening in the company of friends of Early Music Missouri. Along with great food, wine, and conversation, we’ll offer special advance performances from our first Mainstage concert of our 2026-2027 season (SPOILER!), taking place the very next day on Sunday, September 13. This is your chance to experience the music up close, to meet the performers and see their wonderful instruments.
Musical interludes will feature early 19th-century sonatas and songs, including pieces from Jane Austen's hand-copied music books! Charles Metz has graciously agreed to bring his original 1806 Clementi square pianoforte to the party for you to hear and see. Charlie will be joined by soprano Samantha Arten and guitarist Patrick Rafferty for our Romantic, late-summer salon.
Saturday, September 12, 2026, 7-9 pm
Location: 8134 Westmoreland Avenue, Clayton, MO.
Street parking in the neighborhood.
Tickets: $75, available at earlymusicmissouri.net/party
Please note: as an intimate event, the number of attendees is necessarily somewhat limited. You shouldn't need to rush to buy tickets, but if you'd like to attend, you might not want to wait until the last minute to snag them.
This event is hosted with pleasure by Macon Finley, a dedicated supporter and member of the Board of Directors of Early Music Missouri.
