Join us for our monthly Drum Circle - a fun, unique, and uplifting social experience at the Chumash Village Clubhouse in SLO. It's a welcoming, inclusive space for all!
We emphasize social connection, emotional release, and the grounding power of rhythm as tools to nurture well-being from the inside out.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
Our circles welcome those who have never touched a drum before (but always felt drawn to the rhythmic beats). NO drumming experience is needed — just bring your curiosity and willingness to have fun! Participants are encouraged to express themselves freely without worrying about “getting it right”. It’s more about experience than technical skill.
Participants are gently guided through an engaging process that uses rhythm to awaken creativity, connection, and joy. Through simple instructions, playful rhythm games, and dynamic activities, the group is invited to explore the instruments, build confidence, and connect with one another. Over time, the music begins to flow more freely and organically, as we co-create a rhythm ensemble that’s alive and ever-changing.
And the added bonus? It’s oh-so-GOOD for you!
