Meet Our Speaker: Melissa McKay
Melissa McKay is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, communications specialist, coach, wife, mom, and passionate advocate for women ready to believe in what’s possible for themselves.
For more than 20 years, Melissa has built businesses, brands, relationships, and opportunities, while navigating the realities of entrepreneurship, motherhood, leadership, and life.
As the owner of ReVue Design & Communications and the founder of Mindshift Marketing, Melissa has helped businesses turn ideas into action through marketing, branding, social media, and strategy. She is also a community leader and the current Chair of the Kingston Home Builders Association.
But Melissa’s greatest passion is helping women recognize that their experience, ideas, and voice have value.
Her message is simple: You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the next step.
Through her signature message, “It’s Her Time,” Melissa encourages women of every age and stage to stop waiting for the perfect moment, let go of self-doubt, and start building the next chapter of their lives with confidence, courage, and action.
Because sometimes, it’s not about becoming someone new.
