"It Is Done!" A Dreamy Painting & Restorative Sound Bath Experience

This kickoff event, It Is Done! Is a dreamy immersion into the Law of Assumption & Attraction, designed to bridge the gap between where you are and where you are meant to be.

The Mindset of Mastery: Throughout the session, we’ll be sharing powerful tips and exercises to help you collapse time and move into the mental state of already having it. We aren’t waiting for the world to change; we are changing our world from within. This is where Metaphysics and Neuroscience intersect, it's sure to be ​inspiring.

Although it can be treated as a standalone event, t​his is the first in a series where we will explore the topic of co-creation & techniques to support the process, including helping your nervous system hold it all. We will be unpacking this together in community while we watch what unfolds in our lives, this will not be done in a hurry. We will take our time, checking in at certain stages.

Info: To seal your new state of being and help you to hold it, we will conclude with a Restorative Sound Bath. This immersive auditory journey is designed to lock in your intentions and allow your nervous system to fully accept your new reality.

We will then conclude with 10–15 minutes of integration, offering space to journal your reflections, gently check in with yourself, or connect with those present before transitioning back into your day.
