I traveled to Merida almost two years ago on the advice of a gentleman who was sitting next to me on a plane returning from Asia. He glowed as he told me about his country and his city.
I booked the ticket.
The Yucatan and this city are rich, alive and wonderful in so many ways. And for someone who travels the world and explores much, I'm always enamored with the places, people, and cultures that light me up and fill my soul. Having hosted several previous retreats in Costa Rica and Barbados, this is one that I can't wait to share with you.
As a 20+ year yoga, life design, and wellness teacher, coach, consultant and practitioner, I've discovered that this one and only life is to be lived fully - I mean out loud - in a way that allows you to blossom and shine mind, body, and spirit. That's what I practice and that's what I offer to you.
