"Inside & Out" - Mindful Collage Workshop

We all carry rich inner landscapes (thoughts, feelings, stories) that don’t always match what we show on the surface. In this mindful collage workshop, we’ll gently explore that space in between.

Through simple, intuitive collage-making, you’ll create visual expressions of your inner world alongside how you present yourself to others. With no pressure for perfection, this is an invitation to notice, reflect and play - allowing both layers to exist and be seen.

The session includes a gentle creative warm-up, time for intuitive collage-making and a short guided reflection with optional sharing at the end. You’ll leave with a finished collage and a deeper sense of connection to your inner and outer self.

This workshop is perfect if you’re feeling curious, reflective or simply in need of a creative reset.

Practical details:
No artistic experience needed, all materials provided.

Small group, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
