This is a free informational class for those who have questions about what a gluten allergy/intolerance or celiac diagnosis can mean for your lifestyle. Admittance is free, but spaces are limited. Activities for children will be available, if needed.Presentation will be given by Master Certified Health Coach Meg Reed, lasting approximately 50 minutes, followed by interactive activities and a Q & A session.
