About this Event

Have you dreamed about taking a trip to Korea? Are you obsessed with k-pop, k-beauty and k-dramas? Do you agree that Korean Fried Chicken is one of the best things you can ever eat? If you answered yes to any and all of these questions, this interactive demo is for you! Learn about the basics of Korean cuisine and culture from "Chopped" Champion and proud Korean and Philly native, Chef Clara Park. Last summer marked her 6th trip to her homeland and Chef Park couldn't believe how much has changed since her last trip home 16 years ago. A serial diner, she was blown away by how many things she was able to try for the first time. Demo includes Korean BBQ, Korean fried chicken, jap chae, hotteuk, kimchi and rice cakes.
