"Hotter Than Fish Grease" & Classic 90s Summer Time Music

Have you ever heard the expression “hotter than fish grease?” This edition of Vittles and Vibes will feature our first-ever fish fry--serving up hot, crispy fish “right out the grease.”

Summertime provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy food, music and loved ones outdoors. Crispy deep fried porgies or whitings slathered in Frank’s RedHot sauce + Tatar sauce, over a slice of fresh white bread, were always a staple at family cookouts over the years.
