No yoga or meditation experience needed whatsoever - we'll be lying down with eyes closed most of the workshop!
Just dress comfortably and be ready to release and restore.
This workshop includes a full Restorative Yoga class, guided Yoga Nidra meditation, time for reflection/ journaling, enjoy tea and/or stroll the grounds in quiet contemplation & more. This “HEALING HER” workshop is for Her, with Her ... because I am Her, and so are You. Let us journey with the intention to heal.
