Welcome to the "Grieve & Release" Guided Meditation event! Join us at Relax Meditation Lounge for a transformative experience. This in-person gathering will provide you with a safe space to process your emotions, let go of what no longer serves you, and find inner peace.

Guided in meditation by Grief Coach Stephanie Stevens, and supported with sound bowl therapy by Rev. Candace Sparrow-Powers, you will experience a calming session designed to help you release any pent-up feelings and embrace healing.
