JOIN US FOR A FALL "GONG CEREMONY" at SOUL Harbour Ranch! Let us embrace this season of change and welcome the beauty of September with open arms and open hearts. The Fall is such a time of symbolic transformation - as without, so within. *Event will happen rain (inside) or shine (outside).
Our dear friend Teresa Woltkamp, RN, 200hr CYT and Vibrational Sound Healer, will facilitate the "Gong Ceremony," a unique type of sound practice that involves using therapeutic gongs and vibrations to bring about healing.

2:30-3:30pm Gong Ceremony
3:30-4:00pm Nourishment (light snacks to celebrate our togetherness, grounding you for your journey home) & SOULful Connections with one another

DRESS: Comfortable for weather: will be held outside in the grass. If rain, then will be held inside barn.
WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, blanket, pillow or lawn chair - anything that is comforting to you.
This Gong Ceremony will provide a time for turning inward, a safe space where you can open up to the vibrational flow that allows for deep transformation and healing to occur.
The whole world outside brings us to slow and quiet. Let's join mother nature and take time to reconnect with ourselves. The Gongs will take charge...just show up, slow down and be present.
