"Giving & Receiving" - Intuitive Painting Session

In our lives and relationships, we’re constantly moving between giving and receiving - offering energy, care, attention and allowing ourselves to take it in. Finding balance there can be subtle and often overlooked.

In this mindful painting workshop, we’ll slow down and explore that flow through colour, movement and intuition. You’ll be guided to notice where you tend to give, where you hold back from receiving, and how both can exist in harmony.

Through simple, expressive painting, this is a space to experiment, reflect and reconnect with your natural rhythm - without pressure and with curiosity leading the way.

The session includes a gentle creative warm-up, time for intuitive painting and a short guided reflection with optional sharing at the end. You’ll leave with a finished art piece and a deeper sense of connection to your inner self.
This workshop is perfect if you’re feeling curious, reflective or simply in need of a creative reset.

No artistic experience needed, all materials provided.
