About this Event
Join AIER’s Bastiat Society program in Dallas for an event with Brandon Seitzler.
Rational choice theory, specifically the theory of games, is often thought to rest on assumptions of self-interestedness if not downright selfishness. However, basic games, whether “played” in field research or class simulations reveal a refreshingly whole version of humanity. The difference between the strategic choices that game predict and what actual players actually choose can and should be a starting point to understand better how we behave in both market and non-market interactions.
This event is open to the public.
