Looking for an escape before the craziness of the Holidays sets in? Friendsgiving Yoga may be the answer! If you’re brand new to yoga or are looking for a way to ease back into your practice, this class will develop your strength, flexibility, comfort level, and stamina as you challenge your body and mind.

• Class is open to all levels and abilities.
• There’s no set entry fee, but you can contribute with a personal donation of your choice (we suggest $5 or more). All donations will be going towards the Front Street Animal Shelter & Children’s Receiving Home of Sacramento.

• Don’t forget your mat and water, and arrive early to secure your spot—first come, first served.
• Class will take place underneath our event tent surrounded by Chardonnay vines.
