Since opening our doors in Fall 2018, The Front Porch has served over 1,900 children through assessments and case management and welcomed nearly 6,000 individuals to family-centered events and programs. None of this would have been possible without the support of our community partners, the leadership of Chatham County Juvenile Court, and the vision of our “founders” who guided us in becoming Georgia’s only youth assessment center.
We invite you to join us for our Founder’s Day Fall Open House:
