Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 in partnership with Happy Hollow Park & Zoo

Check-in: 8:30 a.m. (*Look for The Trash Punx Tent)

Event Time: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Location: Happy Hollow Park & Zoo | 748 Story Rd, San Jose, CA 95112 (MAP) *Look for The Trash Punx Tent at the top of the parking lot (East Lot) off of the Story Road Entrance

Parking: Parking is available for free inside the Happy Hollow Park & Zoo parking lot located off of Story Road (East Lot)

What to bring: Smartphone (to check-in via QR code), mask, long pants, long-sleeved shirt, closed-toed shoes, re-usable bottle w/ water, sunscreen, sunglasses

What to expect: Volunteers will use their smartphone to check-in via QR code. Please arrive on time as the safety talk will start shortly after check-in. The Trash Punx will provide a litter stick, gloves and trash bags. (Check out the video below)

Volunteer Projects: *First come, first serve basis

• Trail cleanup along the Coyote Creek trail
• Various beautification projects within Happy Hollow Park & Zoo
