“Esto No Se Vende” (This We Do Not Sell), celebrates Dia de los Muertos at the historic Brava Theater in the Latino Cultural District of San Francisco. Produced by Loco Bloco, this annual event
offers unique interpretations of the themes of Dia de los Muertos by artists from Mexican, Central American, African- American, Caribbean and other communities rooted in San Francisco and the Bay Area.
Main stage performers include: Loco Bloco Performing Ensemble, Cuicacalli Dance Company, Christelle Durandy, Lanakila Manguail and Odoiya Women’s Chorus. On this sacred day, Brava Theater transforms to a living “ofrenda” with altares by community artists and organizations in the lobby and danza azteca ceremony in front.
