About this Event
Step into an evening designed for deep rest, softness, and reconnection.
Candlelit Sound Bath: A Love Letter to Your Nervous System is an immersive wellness experience inviting you to slow down and come back home to yourself. Think of this as a romantic evening with your nervous system, a sacred pause from the pace of everyday life.
Surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight, youβll be guided into a calming sound bath experience using soothing frequencies and tones created to help settle the mind, relax the body, and support emotional restoration.
The gentle ambiance of candlelight can support wellness by signaling safety and calm to the body. Soft lighting may help reduce overstimulation, ease mental tension, and create a natural transition into a more restful parasympathetic state; the part of the nervous system connected to healing, digestion, and restoration. The presence of firelight has long been associated with grounding, reflection, and inner peace.
This evening is for anyone craving stillness, softness, and space to simply be.
Benefits may include:
- Nervous system relaxation
- Reduced stress + tension
- Mental clarity
- Deeper connection to self
- Emotional reset
- Improved sleep readiness
- A sense of inner calm
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or blanket
- Pillow for comfort
- Water
- Journal (optional)
Come as you are. Leave feeling held, softened, and restored.

πΆ About Sound Healing:
Sound healing uses vibrational instruments; such as crystal singing bowls, to promote relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional release. These soothing frequencies help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing the body into a state of rest and healing.
β οΈ Please Note (Health Advisory):
Sound healing is generally safe for most people, but we advise caution for the following individuals:
- Pregnant individuals (especially in the first trimester) (DO NOT RECOMMEND)
- Those with a pacemaker or metal implants (DO NOT RECOMMEND)
- Individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders (DO NOT RECOMMEND)
- Those sensitive to loud sounds or prone to migraines ( SITTING AWAY FROM BOWLS CAN HELP)
If this applies to you, we recommend sitting farther from the bowls, bringing earplugs, or consulting your healthcare provider beforehand. Your comfort and safety matter most.
Attention: This experience is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. While sound baths are generally safe, participation is voluntary and should be approached with self-awareness.
Individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy, metal implants, a pacemaker, or sound sensitivity should consult with their healthcare provider before participating.
By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and release the facilitator(s) and brick or mortar business from any liability related to physical, emotional, or energetic effects.
