"Drawn From Nature" Live Bird Illustration Class

Mimic the famed artist John James Audubon and learn to draw nature in real life! Participants will create their own nature-inspired drawings using some of Audubon’s techniques while learning about the relationship between birds and their habitat. Featuring a live mystery bird. This event is for illustrators in grades K-12.

Space is limited so please register in advance. Registration will open 2 weeks prior to the program date and close 2 days before the program or once maximum occupancy has been reached. We require program registration to ensure safety, enjoyment and wise use of resources for our library program.
Reminder that children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a person age 14 or older. Children 8 years of age and older who are dropped off at this event must know how to contact their responsible guardian while in the library.
