This is not your typical fitness competition.
Colorado Strong was built to raise the bar, challenge the norm, and create space for athletes of all backgrounds to show up, compete, and be seen. In a city known as Olympic and Paralympic City USA, we believe strength should be accessible, inclusive, and celebrated across every level and identity.
This is a 2-part competition series:
Qualifying Events
August 8–9
Lion’s Lair Pro Gym & CrossFit Falcon View
Athletes will compete across multiple events designed to test strength, endurance, grit, and mental toughness. The Manitou Machine Climb is just one of nine total events that will push competitors to their limits.
Championship Finals
August 22–23
Colorado Springs Health & Fitness Expo

Top athletes will advance to the finals held during the Expo, where the energy, crowd, and competition come together for an unforgettable championship experience.
Divisions include:
• Adult Male & Female
• Teens (13–17)
• Seniors (65+)
• Wheelchair Division
• Open Pride Division (inclusive of transgender and non-binary athletes)
Colorado Strong is about more than competition. It is about creating a space where athletes are recognized for their strength, not limited by labels. It is about showing up, pushing limits, and being part of something bigger than yourself.
