Montgomery County is working with stakeholders and community members to update its Comprehensive Community plan, Montgomery Matters. The new plan will outline the County’s future goals on a number of topics, including housing, recreation, future business growth, a variety of County services, and much more.
Community members are invited to an interactive workshop on November 20, at 6 pm. Different stations will allow participants to collaborate with each other, the Montgomery Matters project team, and other community leaders.
Citizens are also welcome to drop by the Government Center between 4-5:30 pm for to receive information on the process and to provide their input.
“Choose What Matters to You” is the second of multiple community engagement events that will continue through 2025 to include community meetings, surveys, stakeholder discussions and interviews in an effort to gain valued feedback from citizens.
