"Chocolate Trilogy" Tasting and Pairing

Suprise your pallate at our chocolate tasting trilogy! You will try bean-to-bar chocolate from around the world paired with an uncoventionally delicious food or drink—think wine, spirits, cheese, tea, and savory. These pairings will extentuate the flavors and mouthfeel of the chocolate, creating new sensory connections and experiences. As you taste, our chocolate sommelier will teach you the history and methods behind the chocolate you love and instruct you on how to taste, describe and truly experience the flavors and textures that you will try here and after!

Note: While our pairings differ in each tasting, we have included dairy, alcohol, meat, fish, sesame, gluten, or nuts in past tastings. We can accomodate all allergies and dietary restrictions, but please let us know beforehand so we have time to prepare substitutions and prevent cross-contamination. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to message us.
