"Built On Grit" A Strictly Solid Bootcamp

On Sunday, November 30th, join us from 2-5 pm at Sleven Fitness Gym, Vauxhall, for the “Built On Grit” Bootcamp!📍

A high-energy session blending HIIT, cardio, bodyweight, and weighted exercises into one SOLID workout experience.

This bootcamp is open to people of all fitness abilities who are looking to break a sweat, achieve a personal best, or simply connect with like-minded individuals motivated by the challenge.

Event Details (Punctuality is respected)

When: 2 - 5 pm (Please arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of the session).

Location: Sleven, 78-79 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TP

Drop-off: As part of our commitment to giving back, this event is tied to our initiative, 'Build Solid Foundations,' which supports youth grassroots sports development across the world. Join us in making an impact. If you have any sportswear or sports shoes you'd like to donate, please bring them with you on the day.

What is included

• High-energy workout incorporating a fusion of HIIT, cardio, body weight and weighted exercises.
• 120-minute workout comprising: warm-up, core session, cool-down, and games with prizes to be won.
• On-site pop-up of unreleased Strictly Solid sportswear.

• Refreshments to be provided to all event participants on the day.
• Workout plan to be shared.
• Music, good vibes, and a solid like-minded community!
• A professional photographer will be capturing shots of all participants - to be shared post-event (tag photographer when posted).
• A professional videographer will be filming the event (Please be aware that filming and photography may be used by Strictly Solid Ltd on our website and social media channels. If you don't want to be filmed, please make us aware on the day. )
