"Breathplay" is designed to merge breathwork and human connection.

What:

A breath work experience focused on letting go for all levels. It will include: guided “blind” drawing on pen and paper, an interactive performance piece designed to help you connect to yourself, and light-hearted moments of reflection and conversation, together.

Why:

The goal of this series is to integrate these practices in our daily schedule and to give you the tools to have these conversations on a consistent basis. This practice will focus on integrating breathwork and connection of self to each other.

You will also have the option to be a part this community series, in order to world build or create intentionally.
