"𝗕𝗢𝗦𝗢" 𝗕𝗢𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝗢𝘂𝗻𝗱
🌖 Warsztat dla tancerzy, poświęcony plastyczności ruchu i swobodzie ilustrowania muzyki. Punktem wyjścia jest założenie, że ciało jest dźwiękiem – nie odtwarza kroków, lecz reaguje na muzykę, współbrzmi z nią i współtworzy jej przestrzeń.
Pracujemy nad umiejętnością słyszenia muzyki w ciele i przekładania jej charakteru na kształt i na ruch ciała. Zamiast wykonywać znane struktury i figury, modyfikujemy je w zależności od charakteru słyszanych nut – tak, aby struktura stawała się ilustracją dźwięku, a nie mechanicznym wykonaniem kroku.
Warsztat ma charakter rozbudzania kreatywności, odwagi i elastyczności tanecznego ciała. Tańczymy w grupie, używamy ćwiczeń z obszaru tańca współczesnego, improwizacji, teatru ruchu i pracy z kreatywnością. Eksplorujemy abstrakcyjne zadania ruchowe służące fabule osadzonej w muzyce – opowiadanej wspólnie ciałem. W finale przenosimy wypracowaną swobodę i plastyczność na grunt tanga, zmieniając sposób myślenia o jego estetyce i strukturze. Efektem jest odmieniony, odważny ruch tangowy – świadomy charakteru muzyki, wolny, elastyczny, ekspresyjny.
“BOSO” To zaproszenie do twórczego dialogu z dźwiękiem przez otwieranie ciała na ruch wyrażający nieskrępowane emocje. Fundamenty, które dają zrozumienie jak opowiedzieć tańcem historie a nie wykonać kroki i figury.
* Na warsztat zapraszamy w swobodnym stroju, skarpetki lub buty treningowe.
Można zapisywać się solo.
Warsztat ma charakter kameralny - ilość miejsc ograniczona.

🌖 A workshop for dancers devoted to the plasticity of movement and the freedom of illustrating music. The starting point is the assumption that the body is sound – it does not reproduce steps, but reacts to music, resonates with it, and co-creates its space.
We work on the ability to hear music in the body and translate its character into the shape and movement of the body. Instead of performing familiar structures and figures, we modify them according to the character of the notes we hear – so that the structure becomes an illustration of sound rather than a mechanical execution of a step.
The workshop aims to stimulate creativity, courage, and flexibility in the dancing body. We dance in a group, using exercises from the fields of contemporary dance, improvisation, movement theater, and creativity work. We explore abstract movement tasks that serve a story embedded in music – told together with the body. In the finale, we transfer the freedom and plasticity we have developed to the realm of tango, changing the way we think about its aesthetics and structure. The result is a transformed, bold tango movement – conscious of the nature of the music, free, flexible, and expressive.
“BOSO” is an invitation to a creative dialogue with sound by opening the body to movement that expresses unrestrained emotions. It provides the foundations for understanding how to tell stories through dance rather than just performing steps and figures.
* Please wear comfortable clothing, socks, or training shoes.

The workshop is intimate – the number of places is limited.
