The "Boil on the Bay" is an annual Crawfish Boil and party funding LSU scholarships for our local Baldwin County students!

Join Us for the "Boil on the Bay" Scholarship Fundraiser!

Get ready to pass a good time, cher! We’re bringing together great food, great music, and great people—all to support a fantastic cause. Fresh Louisiana crawfish will be boiled on-site, and Johnny Hayes will keep the party rockin’ with live music on stage. It’s a full-on Cajun throwdown, and best of all… it’s BYOB! Grab your favorite beverages and laissez les bons temps rouler!

Every ticket and sponsorship helps fund LSU scholarships for students right here in Baldwin County. We’ll also have hamburgers and hotdogs for the kiddos, plus crawfish races—so bring a few extra bucks and get in on the fun.

Don’t miss your chance to enjoy some authentic Louisiana-boiled crawfish by the bay, support local students, and celebrate with your fellow Tigers. Geaux Tigers and pass dat good time!
