In today’s world, we are often pulled in to the past or future - making it difficult to stay present with the life that is happening right in front of us. The life that is like a beautiful waterfall…one that we don’t want to miss. Let’s jump in to this waterfall, flow with it, and savor every second of it.
Drawing from teachings of Ram Dass, Alant Watts, mindfulness, yogic teachings and more. We will embrace a time to gather as women and connect - connect with our inner selves and each other. Enjoy a time of guided discussion, soul talk, meditation, journaling, ritual, and more.
