Join us Thursday, August 21st 2025 for an interactive Women's Self Defense workshop. The goal of this workshop is to bring to light some things we can do to avoid an uncomfortable situation, as well as some techniques to protect ourselves if we must.
This workshop is designed to be very interactive. Athletic clothes and socks are ideal for the mat.
Geared for ages 13+ with heavy emphasis on students heading to college facing new surroundings and challenges.
Cost is $30/person ($20 for a second family member)
