"AWAKEN YOUR LIFE FORCE" Kundalini yoga classes with Ali

December 8th 4-5pm

This series of new kundalini yoga and meditation classes are focused on the theme of "AWAKEN to your LIFE FORCE energy".

We will work through KRIYA sets designed to connect and balance your 7th Chakra, to access channels of communication with a higher source, and to connect with your true vibration - your "SAT NAM".

These classes aim to support you to awaken, heal, balance, embrace and embody all the beautiful different facets that make up who you truly are so that you can being, or continue, to live in your most authentic state of being.

In each class we will be working in synchronicity with transformational kundalini energy and the moon cycles, with guidance via the teachings of Moonologist Kirsty Gallagher, to maximise the effects of this sacred holistic practise.

These classes are suitable for complete beginners and those with experience, and are intended to support a healthy lifestyle, and to keep our energy high and focused as we navigate the awakening of our potential to expand and reach beyond expectations, limitations, of our own, and of others, and of our social and cultural conditioning.

SUITABILITY:

• All aspects of this practise can be adapted so age and experience are no issue
• All ages from 16 yrs up to 100yrs!
• All stages of pregnancy (inform me beforehand so I can adapt things for you)
• Chairs available, should you prefer that to sitting on a mat.
• Super flexible or stiff as a brick? You're all welcome!

EXCHANGE:

• £12 per person (plus booking fee)
• 1 drop-in space available per week

BRING TO CLASS:

• yoga mat, cushion/block and blanket (some available but nice to have your own)
• bottle of water
• comfy loose clothing - layers are good
• your phone on silent/airplane mode :)
• an open mind and heart to experience these magical and ancient teachings
