Rajkamal Kahlon, the artist of “And Still I Rise”, will give a presentation about her work followed by a community discussion moderated by Narinder Dhaliwal, Yuba Sutter Art & Culture’s Board President, with a panel of community members. The conversation will include thoughts on transforming colonial narratives for Indigenous peoples worldwide.
