Alcohol Ink Painting with Gail-Rich Art Join us on Friday October 7th, from 5:30-7:30 for a beginner to intermediate class in alcohol ink painting. !You will learn to create vibrant, abstract art with alcohol ink on synthetic paper and tile with the use of several tools. You will leave with one completed tile, one 8x10 painting and several small practice pieces. All needed materials are provided. Please note: If you are highly sensitive to smells, this may not be a good class for you. The ink has rubbing alcohol in it. Wear old clothes because the ink stains. We do provide all your supplies and instruction. You may bring a snack and BYO-beverage.The instructors, Gail Wagner and Rich Stackhouse, have been teaching acrylic pour and alcohol ink classes for the past four years in Surprise. They are seasoned artists and love sharing their skills and enthusiasm with you. Their classes are not formal and interaction is encouraged. Come by yourself or bring friends. Either way, you are certain to enjoy this end of the week evening of fun.!Typically, their classes sell out so please regisyer early and if you have any questions, please call Gail at 928-848-4041. Since there are two instructors, you really get the individualized instruction you need to master these techniques. This class is can accommodate new and returning students. We limit this class to 10.!The instructors are, resident artists and instructors at Ground Floor Artists Gallery. They also display their work in the DelSol Gallery in Sun City West. They are members of the West Valley Arts Association. We also offer individual, small group instruction and home based art parties for you and your friends so reach out with an inquiry about these options.!
