“Chigung” (work with chi) is a practice of moving meditation and gentle shifting of awareness designed to help one more clearly feel the flow of “chi” (energy), and to help it circulate in a healthier uninhibited flow.
“Ai Xin-tai” Chigung is a system of chigung dedicated to helping us more deeply feel:
- “Ai Chi”, the most loving, compassionate and harmonious flow of chi (or ki) between every living being and thing; and
- “Xin-tai”, the 'Newly-born' liberation of clarity, and feel how liberated Clarity (as motivated by “Ai”) can flow and guide through its flow.
Classes to be held at the Lotus Light Community Center every first Saturday. Donations suggested based on one's ability, as part of each student's practice. None will ever be turned away due to lack of funds.
