"A Groovy 70's Festival" for Navarre Beach Snowbirds & Wintertime Guests

A Santa Rosa County Snowbirds Festival Scheduled for Thursday, January 19, 2023 in Navarre Beach, Florida

On Thursday, January 19, 2023, the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Office will host “A Groovy 70’s Party” to welcome snowbirds and winter visitors to the Navarre Beach area.

Navarre Beach Area Businesses, as well as attractions, campgrounds, hotels, restaurants, breweries, etc throughout Santa Rosa County and surrounding areas are invited to break out your bell bottoms and go-go boots for this year’s Inaugural “Groovy Party” on Thursday, January 19th from 2 pm until 4 pm at St Sylvester Catholic Church, 6464 Gulf Breeze Parkway.

Admission will be free for all snowbirds and winter guests.

And, whether you decide to go for a hippie vibe, or full-on disco, we encourage everyone to come prepared for an afternoon of fun reuniting with friends, games, prizes, great giveaways, enjoying delicious small bites from a variety of local eateries, taking away lots of fun giveaways and information, and enjoying a little LIVE entertainment!

All sponsors, vendors, volunteers AND snowbirds will be asked to come dressed in their best 70’s attire, as there will be booth competitions and costume contests for some really great prizes.

The deadline to sponsor and/or reserve vendor space is Monday, December 5, 2022.

Businesses and organizations in the Navarre Beach area are invited to share their products and services in an expo-style format. But, rather than simply an expo - this will not be a stand-in-line kind of event. There will be a lot of interaction, music and fun entertainment, great food from local restaurants and the opportunity to really visit and get to know other wintertime guests.

There will be complimentary food samples, as well as door prizes throughout the afternoon.

Admission is FREE for Snowbirds & Wintertime Guests, but we encourage you to register online to save time!

There will be SPECIAL PRIZES for PRE-REGISTERED Festival Attendees.

It is our goal to thank all of the Snowbirds and Wintertime Guests for choosing the Navarre Beach area to spend a part of their year to call our home their own and enjoy the sourthern hospitality that comes along with our beautiful beaches.
