Celebrate the Birthdays & Music of James Brown and Sharon Jones
Saturday, May 2, 1:30-3:00pm, Free Event
Join the Augusta Museum of History as we celebrate the birthdays of Mr. James Brown (May 3rd) and Miss Sharon Jones. (May 4th) The Museum will have the music of these two icons playing in the Rotunda and there's plenty of room for you to dance the afternoon away. And there will be a special performance at 1:30pm of J.A.M.P. along with crafts and fun in the activity center. And you can't have a party without Birthday cake! So bring the family, come dance and have some cake and celebrate the lives and music of Brown & Jones.
