Join Brad, Steph and the crew for the "A Conscious Breath" Christmas Party on Sunday the 21st December at Nobbys Beach.This magic 🪄 morning will include Breathwork, meditation and powerful energetic connection. As a celebration of all things Christmas, we will have some Christmas goodies and there may even be a special guest turning up.... 🎅
This is a donation only community event (recommended donation $10) and all are welcome.
After the session we will spread some Christmas Cheer with some traditional goodies, some scrumptious Cacao and a rejuvenating swim.
A Conscious Breath is a collaboration between Master Breathwork Practitioner and spiritual seeker Brad Levey and Psychic Medium and Reiki Master Stephanie Lee. 🙏
