Join us at the Dream Park Community Center located at 1711 Chestnut Street Greenville, NC 27858 for an exciting event! The “50 in 10” Plan is an ambitious initiative to build 50 new homes in 10 years, creating more opportunities for future homeowners to live and thrive in Greenville. Sign up to attend one of the free info sessions from 6:00-7:00 PM starting in January 2026!

At the information session, you’ll:

• Learn about the goals of the 50 in 10 Plan
• Hear how housing impacts our neighborhoods and local economy
• Discover a pathway to owning a home available through the City of Greenville
• Find out how you can share feedback and stay engaged as the plan moves forward

Potential first-time homebuyers- this is your chance to begin your homeownership journey, ask questions, and give input as we work to build stronger communities.
